UNIQUE STRINGING FEATURES

Computer controlled constant-pull accuracy
The constant pull system keeps the tension constant during slow elongation of the string. The unique tension measuring system is very accurate and reliable. Stringway uses the basic system already for 15 years. The computer control has made this system next to perfect.

"Knot" function
To compensate the loss of tension
caused by the knot, the tension in
the last strings before the knot can
be raised by 20 % with "knot
function."

"Pre-stretch" function
Some stringers wish to pre-stretch
a string, to make it stiffer, in order
to avoid tension loss during play
and to make strings with a lot of
elongation more suitable for spinplay. The pre-stretch function pre-stretches the string with 5Kg or 11Lbs.

Concorde system
The Concorde system allows you to angle the support table to allow complete friction free center main string pulling.

Maintenance free and easy calibration
No maintenance is needed because of ball bearings and the brushless motor. The tension system can be checked and readjusted very easily with the calibrator that comes with the machine.

Calculation screen
The machine can calculate the right
stringing tensions for every racquet
and for different string bed stiffness.
The calculation screen can be used
to enter the racquet data (length,
width, number of main and cross
strings) and the desired string bed
stiffness.
When the "INS" button is pushed
the computer calculates the right
stringing tension for main and cross
strings for this stiffness.


The calculated values are shown in the stringing screen and the machine is ready to string this racquet.

Customer data stora
All stringing data of a certain racquet can be stored in the memory of the computer.The name of the customer can be entered in the "customer data screen.

After inserting the stored data of a certain customer, the machine is directly adjusted at his settings and ready to string.


Counter screen
The service screen shows the number of pulls that the machine has done since the last reset.

The "built-in" stopwatch can be used to measure the time needed for a certain string job.

Extended, non-bending, mounting table
Aluminum mounting table with ribs that prevent the table from bending. The long table holds racquets with very long string area.

Locking system
The mounting table can be locked in 12 positions.

Direct racquet-support-system
The racquet head is supported in 5 positions; 3 at the head and 2 at the throat. The racquet is clamped in 4 positions. Very wide delrin supports prevent the racquet from being damaged. The throat supports are adjustable in height to support the bridge of every racquet optimally.

Single or double action clamp-system
The machine is available with single or double action clamp system. (picture shows single action system).

Single action clamp system T92
Main and cross strings are strung with 2 clamps. "Single-action-system" through the self-locking guiding system. Strong and string-friendly aluminum clamps, fully adjustable at the diameter of the string.

FLOOR STAND WITH TOOL TRAYS

3 Tool-trays, reel support and racquet holder
The Em450 has 2 lower tool trays in a stainless steel frame and 1 upper tool tray.

A number of string reels can be supported with the special support shaft.

A number of racquets can be "stored" inside the tool tray frame in the racquet holder.

Adjustable height
The machine is adjustable in height.
